Invest Seoul signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with Forvis Mazars in France and Forvis Mazars in Korea on June 18 at the Forvis Mazars headquarters in Paris.
Forvis Mazars is a leading global audit, tax, and advisory services network with more than 40,000 professionals across over 100 countries and territories. In Korea, the firm supports both domestic and international clients through Forvis Mazars Sebit Accounting Corporation.
Marking the 140th anniversary of diplomatic relations between Korea and France, the partnership was established to deepen economic cooperation between the two countries and create a comprehensive support framework for European companies considering expansion into Seoul. By leveraging Forvis Mazars’ global network, the three organizations aim to identify potential investors at an early stage and provide seamless support throughout the entire market-entry process—from investment review and company incorporation to business establishment and growth in Seoul.
Under the agreement, the three organizations will collaborate closely in a range of areas, including:
· Supporting global companies and startups seeking to establish a presence in Seoul;
· Co-hosting seminars, workshops, and networking programs;
· Promoting Seoul’s investment ecosystem and facilitating business partnerships.
In particular, the partnership will combine the extensive local business network of Forvis Mazars France with the accounting, tax, legal, and management advisory expertise of Forvis Mazars Korea, creating an integrated support system that helps European companies navigate every stage of their expansion journey into Seoul.
Through this partnership, Invest Seoul aims to further strengthen cooperation with Europe’s innovation ecosystem and continue attracting high-potential global companies, reinforcing Seoul’s position as a leading gateway to the Asian market.
